Sending a video tells your lead that you're real, you're professional, you're local, and that you do things better and differently than everyone else (because no other agent is sending personalized videos, are they?).
Further, sending a video shows them that they will be safe in your hands. Because, let's face it, the blunt truth is that a big reason why your leads don't want to meet with you is because you're still a stranger and they have no idea if you're a weirdo or a creep. So, they'd rather be safe than sorry, which is the reason behind their resistance to get together.
... To overcome this quickly and easily, SHOW them you're not a weirdo or a creep. SHOW them that you can be trusted and that they are SAFE with you by sending a personalized video introducing yourself.
Pro Tip: Hold up a white board/piece of paper with their name on it.
